1. Data controller

2. What we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us:

• Enquiry form: your name, email, phone number, budget, project of interest, preferred contact method and time, and your message.
• AI assistant: the messages you type in the chat, and — if you choose to leave them — your name, email and phone number.
• Emails and calls: the information you share when you contact us or speak with one of our agents.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange the call you request, send you information about developments that match what you are looking for, and — if you decide to proceed — introduce you to our UAE partner brokerage to handle the purchase. The legal bases are your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers, bound by data-processing terms:

• Netlify (website hosting and form handling)
• Resend (delivery of enquiry notifications to our team)
• Anthropic (the AI model that powers the chat assistant; chat messages are processed to generate replies)
• Arsys (our email service)
• Our RERA-licensed partner brokerage in the UAE — only if you ask us to proceed with a purchase

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting purchase, and afterwards for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@dunasgulfproperties.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a small amount of technical information locally — your chat conversation for the current visit and today's exchange rate — which never leaves your device except as described above. Fonts and exchange rates are served from our own website, so your browser does not connect to any third-party service while you browse. The only exception is the AI assistant: when you use it, your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies, as described in section 4.
