Ian has spent more than 40 years in the Canary Islands and over 25 in Fuerteventura, with a background spanning holiday and vacation ownership and real estate — through Canary Islands Estates and Canarias Property Solutions.
Over that time he has worked with buyers from across Europe who were investing somewhere new, often from a distance. That experience — explaining a market clearly, being straightforward about what's involved, and staying in touch after the sale — is exactly what international buyers look for in the UAE.

Every purchase is completed through our established Dubai partner brokerage, which is licensed by RERA. Our partner brokerage manages the full transaction and compliance process — reservation, contracts, registration and handover.
